Agentero is looking for a sales development manager.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, high energy and positive person who is curious, resilient and determined to make a difference.

Responsibilities:
* Take ownership for building top-of-funnel sales opportunities for our Agency Developement Managers by sourcing and qualifying business prospects
* Manage a high volume of activities
* Critically evaluate our sales process and give us feedback on what resonates with customers and what doesn't
* Collaborate closely with the rest of the growth team to ensure success down-funnel and better inform lead generation activities based on deals won and lost
* Experiment and iterate to create high-impact customer introductions explaining our services
* Meet monthly and quarterly quotas

Experience:

  • At least 2 year of inside sales experience ideally in a startup setting
  • Process-oriented mindset, identifying recurring patterns and capitalizing on them
  • Strong communication skills written/verbal
  • Ownership mindset demonstrating drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency
  • Experience as insurance agent/insurance industry knowledge  - a plus
