As a Marketing Manager at Agentero, you will be directly responsible for revenue growth by designing, executing, measuring, and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs that encourage more Insurance agents to use Agentero.

As a key member of the growth team, you’ll work closely with sales, success and product teams to identify growth opportunities and build a scalable demand engine.

  • Lead and develop strategy and execution plans for lead generation, market awareness, customer acquisition, nurturing and retention.
  • Drive marketing and demand generation efforts including social media, email and online marketing, webinars and other result-focused activities to generate great sales leads.
  • Manage Agentero’s newsletters, organic traffic and email marketing; develop and grow our audience.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on plans and results; make marketing investment recommendations.
  • Continually develop, differentiate, and grow Agentero’s brand equity across all target audiences.

 

Who you are...
  • 4+ years of marketing experience at technology startups. (Bonus: Masters degree or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience driving qualified leads from a wide variety of channels on and offline.
  • Proven ability to build, measure and increase pipeline.
  • Track record of success developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns, including goal setting, budget management, and results measurement.
  • Recent experience developing online channels with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
  • Self-starter who is able to function in a lean marketing structure with aggressive growth goals.
